You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow your Glow Hearth™ every step of the way.

Easy & Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love your Glow Hearth™ Diffuser! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

To initiate a return, just contact our friendly support team, and we’ll guide you through the simple process. Returns are processed quickly — once we receive your item, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
